Falling for Knit

Ohhhhh I decided that I would do the other post today. I am always on the hunt for good poses. I found some at YMX. But that is not what this post is about. While I was there I found this dress. A beautiful Navy Blue Knit Dress. I understand that it has snow flakes on it but I guess with the fact that Christmas is around the corner I wanted something with a little bit of that feel in it.



I love this hair. It's from ETD(of course the hair whore that I am) This is Naomi in Chocolate. Skin and Lashes are from The oBscene. The oBscene has a shop at Crush Row. Shoes are from SKGShoes. This dress just screams snow and winter but I could not help but fall for the knit. It was just so cute.

Well I have stuff I got to get done. My parents 35th wedding anniversary is Monday need to get a card.

Hunt turned to Great find

So I went on the hunt that Lemania is doing for Thanksgiving. Boy do I have to tell you that the hunt is not easy. Well atleast it was not for me. But as I was looking for the turkeys with the gifts in it I found this dress. Now the dress does have 2 options you can have long sleeves or short. I like the short sleeves but that is just me. This is the kinda of dress that makes me feel sexy and hot. I got a new skin on too. If you have not checked out the oBscene do so. The skins are well made and beautiful. My lashes are from there too. Hair is from ETD. The hair is Natalie in the Brown 2 pack. Don't forget ETD is having a sale until Dec 26th - 30L for hair. How can you past it up. I was telling Brooke that I have become a ETD Hair whore. I have purchased so much from there. She laughed.

Of course I have been spending a lot of time at the Crush Row sim and there is a store called GBL. The owner of the store is Babyhoney Bailey and she is a sweetheart. I love her jewelry. So to finish off my outfit I added one of my favorites from GBL - Vintage Pinup.

Just complainting

Well I know I have not blogged very much. Guess that I just not taken the time to do anything. I wish I could say it is because I have been busy at work but it's not. My work place is slow. Am I one of the millions of people worried about if they are going to have a job tomorrow. I can telling you it crosses my mind sometimes. But I never know what is going to happen tomorrow so I really like to not think about it at all. Instead I just want to have some fun but I moved again in Second Life and decided I wanted to change my room for the 100th time. So I have been shopping. I have found a new outfit that I want to blog about I just need to take some time and get everything together and get it on and take pictures. Which may not be until this weekend.

The economy is in the gutter and that really sucks. I am more worried about my grandmothers' keeping their homes then me with my job. I live with my folks so it's not like I would have to worry about a roof over my head. I feel bad for everyone that has lost their jobs. I wish the economy was better and I believe it will be one day. Just not anytime soon. It could be a couple of years. I know that is nothing anyone wants to read but that is just my thoughts on the subject. Working in Customer Service I notice things like that. I am not that big on working on finanical stuff. I don't really understand the economics on the information that we need to help the economy, but there are people out there that do. They should be the ones working on this. No one has to listen to me or even read this post it does not bother me. I just wanted to vent.

Oh well I guess I got the venting out of me for today. Ha! Ha! for today just like me to say something like that.

MG Fashion Dress

I was talking to Brooke and Lauryn after I finished the Hunt at Blockhead and they were talking about a jacket that Lauryn had on. Turns out it was the group gift from MG Fashion. Now I have never been there until tonight when I saw the jacket and thought I wanted to check out the shop. Well I was looking not intending to purchased anything I suddenly found myself looking at this dress.

Now anyone that know me probably can tell you that anything purple and blue I love. Which is correct. Ask Brooke. So even through this dress comes in many different colors I wanted this one.

The dress is called Maria. Shoes are from Shoe Fly. They have awesome shoes there. If you have not been there you should go. Finally my hair is from ETD. Goddess II. I keep buying the brown 2 set in every hair I get at ETD. But the other ones are nice too. I guess I just like these colors.

Black and White Ball

I was asked to go to the Black and White Ball at Rumour in Crush Row by one of my besties, Brooke Ashbourne. Since I am new to all this ball stuff I did not have a dress or mask to wear. However being the besties that she is, Brooke already had a dress picked out for me.
She took me to Balastice were I got my mask and dress. Brooke knows me to well and when I saw this dress and saw the purple at the bottom I was in love. I love purple it's my favorite color.



The dress comes with a hat (not pictured). The shoes are from Chic Boutique and was a trick or treat gift. I love this hair from Deviant Kitties. Ember is one of my favorite hair from there. Have to say that I felt like a princess in this dress. I was so happy to be invited to the black and white ball.

If you missed the Black and White Ball hosted by Babhoney Bailey, you missed a great party full of fun and great music by House Dj;s Twisted Vendetta and Damon Dollinger. Also missed some great giveaways bought to us by the local shops. I won from Chic Boutique - Crown Jewel. Which from what Brooke has told me is very nice. I personally need to go check out Chic Boutique a little bit better.

Not only did Brooke Ashbourne go with me, we bought along our friend Lauryn Arado. We had a blast and danced the night away.
